David Issac - FEAT

Transform Work Ambassador and Transform Prayer Leader David-Isaac Arinze

“In the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established” (Matt. 18:16;  John 8:17;  Deut.19:15). We’re calling every Believer in the workplace to band together under this biblical principle: choose three colleagues, commit to consistent, sacrificial prayer, and watch God’s transforming power at work in their lives. These three colleagues then become witnesses to us and everyone else of the transformative power of effectual fervent prayers of saints.

1. Choose three colleagues

2. Pray consistently, sacrificially

3. Watch God’s transforming power at work in their lives

First of All

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people…” 1 Timothy 2:1 (ESV)

By interceding “first of all” for three colleagues, you obey Scripture’s highest call to intercession and lay a foundation for revival in your workplace. Knowing this, that “God does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.” (2 Peter 3:9)

A Case for Prayer

"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field". (Matthew 9:36-38 NIV)

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy.’  But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust." (Matthew 5:43-45 ESV)

Paul the Apostle was a product of the prayer of a saint, Stephen. A simple prayer for Stephen's persecutors gave the Lord the earthly charge He needed to invade the life of Paul and cause a gentile ingathering. There may be a Paul sitting right across your desk; yes, that one who attacks everything about Jesus. You may feel offended by their words and actions, but that is the enemy’s strategy of keeping them in unbelief. Why not pray like Stephen, “Lord, do not hold these words and actions against them" (Acts 7:60)… And with the authority of Christ, through prayer break the hold of darkness and every blindness, until they see the light of the glorious gospel.

Global Impact at a Glance

  • World population: ~8.2 billion people
  • Workplace population: ~3.7 billion (≈45% of humanity)
That means almost half of humanity gathers each day at work. Now imagine a genuine “workplace revival,” where God’s saving grace transforms your office, factory, school, hospital, shop or prison. Picture those newly saved colleagues going home like the Philippian jailer in Acts 16—bringing faith into their families and communities.

When we both love and pray for the people we work alongside, we can spark a ripple effect: lives changed on the job, then in every home. Together, we can see our workplaces—and through them, the world—drawn into the light of the gospel.

Your Next Step

Take up the 3-Witness Prayer Challenge today—and join a nationwide wave of Believers declaring salvation in every workplace, three colleagues at a time.
Choose: Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to three colleagues.
Pray: Commit to set a daily time to intercede—through supplication, intercession and thanksgiving.
Watch: Trust that God hears and moves mountains (Mark 11:22-24)!

Imagine the Harvest

Could you imagine if 3 members of your Christian Workplace Group took up this challenge - that's 9 colleagues being prayed for daily and collectively when you meet. Could you imagine if 50 members of your Christian Workplace Group engaged in this challenge? That would be 150 colleagues prayed for, 150 seeds sown in prayer, trusting Holy Spirit to do the rest.

  • Every workplace becoming a front line for revival.
  • Families restored, marriages healed, and communities transformed.
  • A global movement three prayers at a time, multiplying until every corner of society feels the touch of Jesus.

Will you step into this divine partnership?

1. Choose three colleagues
2. Pray consistently, sacrificially, committedly
3. Watch God’s transforming power at work in their lives
